“We had car trouble while on a road trip and stopped by this shop hoping for help. Although he didn’t have availability to take our vehicle in today, the owner went above and beyond to assist us. He walked us through possible issues, gave honest advice, and even recommended several other shops in town. He genuinely wanted to help us get back on the road, even saying if we were still stuck by the end of the day, he’d find a way to help us.
In the end, we managed to fix the issue ourselves, but his kindness and willingness to help complete strangers left a big impression on us. The owner was friendly, generous, and clearly someone who runs a trustworthy business. Thank you!”
