I became a member of this bank recently and they were really nice to me especially Ashtyn L. She is friendly and I believe she knows what she is doing. She handle her business well, I enjoyed my experience with her. I gave them 4 stars because I couldn't deposit money with my debit card as a new member.

I do not bank with your institution personally but I do not appreciate the way you treat some of your customers. I know two people in particular whom I'm very close to. These individuals have banked with you for years and still do not feel as though they are treated appropriately as customers.
