Deer Creek Apartments located in Marshall, MO, is a 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment community offering affordable housing. Our community features a clubhouse, business center, laundry facility in each building, basketball court, children’s playground, BBQ grills, bike racks, and plentiful off-street parking spaces onsite. Our apartments feature all the amenities of modern living, including a kitchen with oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, a single bathroom in our 1 and 2 bedroom homes, while our 3 bedroom homes have an additional half bathroom. For your convenience, we have management, and maintenance staff onsite Monday thru Friday, with emergency maintenance on-call 24/7.

I've lived here 2 years . I've got really good neighbors and laundry facilities right outside my door

I’ve lived here for going on 2 years. With the management we have now they come in and fix things right away. Not everyone takes care of their apartments like they should but many of us do. These are nice apartments on the inside.

I've lived here over a year now . I really like it . I have good neighbors . It's close enough to walk to Dollar General and Aldis .
