Took my Honda to be detailed and couldn't be happier with the job the guy did. Sad to say that I can not remember the guys name but he was a true gentleman. He was working his butt off to get as much dog hair and just random crumb/sticky mess that was my backseat from my 2 toddlers. He is amazing, highly recommend! My husband and I cant thank you enough! Wish I had before and after photos to share!

Bought a vehicle from here with a supposed 3 month 3000 mile powertrain warranty, transmission went out not even a month into ownership went to have the repairs performed and was told first by this dealer to “reset the electrical system as it could mimic the symptoms of a slipping transmission” then was told that the warranty company would only cover 3800 of the 8000 repair bill afterwards the warranty company ended up paying nothing due to the dealership not paying them for said contract. Do not buy from this dealership.

Ryan is a great guy who gave me a great deal on a vehicle. Charlie is also a great guy to buy a vehicle from. They work hard to get you the car van, sub, or truck you desire. I recommend Imperial auto if you are needing a reliable vehicle.

I couldn’t have had a better experience buying a truck anywhere else besides here!! I’ve told multiple people that were looking for a vehicle to start here first. They were very very professional, kind, understanding and they worked with me!! My next vehicle will definitely be from them!!

Had a very nice experience working with the Imperial crew. Process was quick and easy, car was nice, and Charlie and the rest of the team were awesome. However, new tires were added to the vehicle I purchased, and an under torqued set of lug nuts resulted in the front driver side wheel eventually coming off as I was driving, moments after getting off the high way. I’d be sure to check that when checking out a vehicle there. No help was offered for the damages accrued by the oversight.

You don't sell a lemon to New parents. Better than that....Dont sell lemons... period. Then leave them stranded nearly 2 hrs from hours from home. Never buy from this place only run away.....Edit.....Actually when it left your lot it had steering issues that had to be corrected. Its been a problem since yall got your money....then just throw them to the warranty co. Is that how you conduct business? Take their money then push them to someone else when there is a problem less than 2 week after purchase. Small or large business should still have customer service. And you don't tell them to call a tow truck when its both parents and 2 kids in car seats. How is a tow truck with seating for only 3 people safe for the driver and family of 4? Great customer service...exactly.NEVER BUY HERE. THEY DONT CARE.

As soon as I walk in the door, nothing but respect, (such as using the words ma’am & sir.) jokes, & kindness thrown all around brightening up the room. They try to get and meet your needs/wants. They put in effort to get you great deals, help ya save, and try to make it easy for you. The vehicle I got from them is completely amazing, I love it.
