One of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. Me and mother were coming through the town and decided to stop in to get our toes done. Which they said they could manage even without an appointment.. they should have just turned us away. Both of our pedicures were rushed and very uncomfortable. On my manicure they cut me 3 different times ended up with an infection a week later in one of my nails. They didn't clean up around the nails or underneath afterwards. Then charged an arm and leg for the service. I usually tip very well. I left no tip and will never be back!

The young man that did my friends nails did a wonderful job and was very polite. The older woman however was VERY rude and we almost left because of this rudeness. Her customer service needs improvement! Sad to say I recommended this place to my friend and this was her first experience with Marshall Nail and spa we will not be coming back.

I asked for stilleto she had no idea what that was practically gave me almond I wanted them more triangular but I was telling her over and over what to do like she didn’t know how it HURT. If u like ur nails long DONT go here I told her she hurt me and she told me to let her. I have some minor cuts and marks from her tools on my fingers she rushed through it so much she started getting sloppy with the design towards the end and doesn’t seem to care about customers experience. Not worth the outcome I will not be personally going there again.

she took her time and they look incredible! will come back! i tipped 30 dollars out of pure shock of how they fixed the atrocious set i had previously from a different salon.

It was the worst experience of my life. I took my own polish but they kept pushing the gel polish. I never saw the staff smile. Not even a response after I said thank you to the ladie that did my mani & pedi so I left no tip. I'll never go back.

they were very rude and they were really rough they were hurting me and my sister both were happy with the results but they were very rough and rude… my sisters nails are crooked and they arent rounded off they are shape and they scratch people… they arent supposed to do that. ive been there multiple times and i like the results but they are rough.

I will never go back again. VERY VERY rude. The manager was very impatient and has no customer service whatsoever. Was yelling at me to choose a color, and when she was done with my nails told me it was time to go. (They didn’t close for another couple hours). Was very rough with my nails.

The only reason I’m giving any stars at all is because Nikki did an amazing job on my nails and toes. But other than that they were rude and made me wanna walk out of there and not even get my nails done. I didn’t enjoy myself and relax because of this.

The only thing I have to complain about is how HATEFUL they are...it's sad. They do good work. So if you don't mind their hateful attitude you are fine.
