I had the service department service my Scag mower. Ended up having to replace all three bearings for the spindles. One of the bearings was faulty and came apart after I mowed with it the first time. They volunteered to come get my mower since I live an hour away. They returned it the same day ready to mow again. Fantastic service!!

The excellent place to do a business if anybody is looking for a mower or any kind of implement I'd recommend Marshall service company highly thanks for doing business with you

Their name says service, and that's what they deliver. I've had to deal with some engine issues on a SCAG mower I bought from Marshall Service Company several years ago. The team there went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issues. I urge anyone in the market for a mower, tractor, implement, or even a pellet grill to give MSC a try. You'll be glad you did.

I just purchased a new husqvarna zero turn from Marshall service company and the experience was second to none. Mike was amazing to work with, he answered all of my questions showed me many mowers and their different options and gave me a better idea what I was looking for. They delivered filled up and ready to go!! If I was going their I would for sure ask for the Mike Doorack treatment because you wont be let down.

I purchased a SCAG Liberty Z 48” mower in Sept. 2019 from Marshall Service Company and was really pleased with the friendly demeanor of my salesman, Mike. He expressed no pressure whatsoever and patiently answered my questions He posted a clear no hassle, no haggle, cash price listed on their website that was cheaper than other dealers I saw. The clearly posted price is what drew me in initially from Kansas City to drive to Marshall. I hate the “call for price” motif most dealers do. I don’t want to call to find out a price and haggle. I do my own research and like to compare and I just prefer the price is clearly marked for all — it simply feels more honest. As to the product, everything I read or watched online indicated SCAG or John Deere mowers were pretty much the best. You never read about anyone moving on from SCAG or John Deere to a better product, but you the inverse is very true. SCAG’s warranty and price on the Liberty Z line sealed the deal for my needs. 750 hours or 5 years? - that sure hints at strong confidence in their product. I absolutely LOVE the SCAG mower. It is truly night and day better than my ~$2k traditional Craftsman YT series riding lawn mower. I actually enjoy mowing my 3/4 acre yard now. I feel like I’m driving a battle tank with the Liberty Z and it just puts a smile on my face. Best yet, I accomplished my ultimate goal of buying a mower that is safer on my backyard hill! I almost flipped my Craftsman a few too many times and decided I wanted a mower that was safer on hills. I was tired of sitting on the edge of the seat, or holding myself over the fender of the Craftsman like some circus act to keep the thing from tipping. In my research some said zero turns should be avoided for hills, but I’d also read they were less prone to flip because of a wide wheel base and a low center of gravity. I was cautious about the purchase because I’d no experience with zero turns and my primary goal was simply a safer mower. My neighbor, with a similar yard, has a John Deere x739 with 4x4 and he told me a zero turn would not work in our yards he had tried one unsuccessfully. (NOT a SCAG). I expressed this concern to Mike. Mike told me I could drive it all over my yard to make sure it was a good match and felt safe for up to 2 hours (so long as I didn’t engage the blades) and if it wasn't a good match I could bring it back for a full refund. That exhibited trust and guarantee helped me feel comfortable with the purchase. The Liberty Z was my answer, all the places in the yard that were treacherous with the Craftsman pose no hazard with the SCAG Liberty Z. I still have to go up and down the hills not side to side (like I could with the 4X4 John Deere X739), but the SCAG has never felt even close to flipping, and the price of a new SCAG Liberty Z 48" is close to 1/4 of the price of a new JD X739). Also, I asked Mike about buying the optional SCAG light kit, and he said he'd sell it to me if I wanted, but instead I could buy any old off brand 12V LED light kit for any Truck/ATV for much cheaper on-line and just DIY mount easily, so that's what I did. Saved over $100 off the SCAG light kit, and had good results. I thought it exemplary that Mike didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and suggested a cheaper viable alternative. I liked the mower so much that I got my dad interested in buying one after he test drove mine. He bought a Liberty Z 61” from Marshall Service Company this past weekend (in a snowstorm) for his 2.5 acres. This time we dealt with Tom, who was also very easy going and did not put any pressure on my dad. He offered us coffee as we talked it over, and offered free delivery on the mower because my dad didn't have a trailer. Tom said they regularly drive through Boonville for other business, so it wouldn't be a problem to drop it off next time they passed through. I wish all dealerships would exhibit such behavior, trust, forthcoming honesty, and quality! 5 stars all the way around! SCAG makes a great product, and Marshall Service Compa

Went to 4 different places first to try to buy a riding mower and at every place the workers acted like I was bothering them. But Mike was awesome and I knew I didn't want to buy from anywhere else. All around good business.

Purchased a Scag mower here. Was able to talk to them to learn the differences of each model, engine, and maintenance required. This all helped me choose the mower just right for my situation. They even delivered it to me and walked me through how to operate the mower in my own yard as this was my first zero turn. I've put about 30 hours on the mower so far and it's great and I would recommend Marshal Service Company and Scag mowers to anyone else in the market looking for a mower.

Great experiencing purchasing a mower from these folks. No pressure but honest input and helpful information. Very helpful that they put their pricing on their website and their prices can't be beat. Saved enough to easily make it worth while driving the 200 miles round trip from Kansas City.

Bought Husqvarna MZT52 from here. Called about deal I saw online and it had just sold. Mike said he'd get another one for the same price. Had it the following weekend. Tried to get a deal from a couple other locations and none of them would even match the deal.
