“I went into this with a vengeance originally actually concerning my bill....I was greeted right away by Veronica smile on her face .....she very politely explained after actually looking at my account what happened and why even with all my questions in between....my attitude changed and we had a pleasant experience!!! I was impressed with seating as alot of TMobile businesses are standing room only....Katie and Jonathan were also very friendly with smiles and such excellent customer service!!! I for one left satisfied and happy for once in the 2 years we have had TMOBILE....Thank you Marshall T for such outstanding customer satisfaction ? ? Hopefully we will run thru here again !!!
