Extremely unprofessional. I called to tell what happened to my cat ( possible infliction with another animal) they said to bring my cat in asap in the am. I did. they said my kitty would be seen at 1:30pm. I called at 3 pm. I was told he was being finished up seeing by the vet and it was being put into computer. at 5 i get a call saying he was never seen, and nothing is in the computer and he would have to stay over night with an overnight fee. It’s a 30 minute drive for us, we barley got my cat back and put my cat through unnecessary stress all while never getting help, Will not be coming back.

Have been great with my fur babies. Usually can get in immediately. Highly recommend for the fur baby in the family.
