We brought four different dogs to them when we lived in Marshfield and the actual Veterinarians are truly awesome but the lady answering the phone was rude and absolutely a butthole. We moved to Republic and have a new vet, our dog needed surgery so we requested his shot records, she told them we had never been there before so my wife called and the same disrespectful girl told my wife "I know how to do my job and you have never been here" well, she doesn't, I located the records and sent them to the orthopedic surgeon. You don't know how to do your job, unfortunately her behavior reflects on the awesome veterinarians they have.

I'm new to the area and was in dire need of a vet for our boxer. Having used an AMC in a different state and being very happy with it, I was grateful to have found this one. They were honest and answered our thousands of questions with care and sensitivity. We unfortunately lost our boxer but they allowed us time with her with no pressure to leave. The cremation process was outlined clearly and with absolute heartfelt love. It's obvious they all love what they do and care about the entire family. We'll continue to use this clinic with our other pups.

A few months ago I wrote a review but later took it down. My major concern was how we were treated by the lady at the front desk. I won’t go into the details here but rudeness and difficulty getting appointments were the main issues. I was very complimentary about the vets and the clinic in general. I can not say enough amazing things about this vet office! They are so attentive, charismatic, empathetic, sympathetic and all around just amazing! They aren't hard on your wallet either and they truly do care about you and your animals. They take such amazing care of your fur babies as if they were their own. I just recently lost my shitzu and they cremated her for me and it turned out quite amazing! This is thus far one of the best veterinarian offices I've ever used!

We are truck drivers and stopped here as our dog Sidney is not well. With offering Saturday’s until 5pm and 24 hour emergency care and our dog not eating, out of control sugar levels and lethargic. So very sad! Please consider this review before coming.

The girl on the phone is so rude. I asked what I could do to help my injured dog since they can’t see my dog for four days and she just dismissed me and hung up.

We had an appointment for 8:30 and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The veterinarian was friendly, courteous, and explained the findings from his examination very thoroughly. He allowed us to ask a few questions and he went over the medication prescribed and how to use it. We paid for the charges and we were in and out in about 25 minutes.

I’ve been taking my animals here for years, mainly because this office took care of my dads cattle for a long time, but they are exceptional people, with my dog, my cats, Dr Greer is my absolute favorite but they are all very good.
