This review is not for the specific location but Arvest bank in general. So first they advertise 24/7 banking. This is not true they have an automatic system to check you account and such but you cannot get ahold of anyone after hours for emergencies. You cannot get ahold of the fraud department after hours. So if you have fraudulent charges they can continue to rack up the charges until the next morning. So obviously that’s what happened to me. Very obviously fraudulently charges all even number online charges so obviously buying gift card and such. So the next day after I’m in the negative I go in get a new card and am told that they will take up to 10 days to dispute the charges and for me to get my money back. So not only did there fraud department tremendously fail. Their after hours services are non existent and their customer services is terrible. I will never recommend them to anyone

The building is nice but the teller was rude. I went in to cash a check for building materials and was treated like I was doing something sketchy! They called the person who hired me and asked them a bunch of questions and it was pretty embarrassing and unnecessary.. They even charged me $5 to cash the check from their own bank!

Marshfield, Missouri branch is absolutely terrible went into cash a check even after verifying the check they refused and were rude to me

Always a friendly greeting calling me by name when I go through the drive thru or go inside the lobby. Prompt and helpful customer service. They make me feel like a very appreciated customer.

I recently started using Arvest and every time I'm there, I feel like the most important customer. The ladies at the Marshfield location are amazing! They are always so friendly, smiling and kind to me.

I went into Arvest in Marshfield today and dealt with Tanny and Kelly. They were incredible. Knowledgeable, kind, receptive, professional and humorous. They both made the experience a memorable one and I will always do my banking here because of the experience I have had with these two amazing women. Keep up the hard work.
