“I’ve used this processor a few times now but this was the first order pickup under the new ownership. Placing my order was easy and they went over all the different cuts for the various parts of the beef. My order was ready in about a 1 1/2 weeks after we discussed cuts and packaging details and pickup was a breeze. The manager helped load up our car so we could all get out of the 105 degree heat quicker. The extra set of hands was much appreciated! Really like that they grouped the vacuum-sealed packages themselves into larger plastic bags but didn’t overload them. This made loading and unloading way easier and most of the groupings in each bag were consistent. Meaning ground beef was altogether, different steak cuts were together, roasts were separate, etc. Everything was clearly labeled and the vacuum seal on everything looks to be in good shape. They are only open Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm. It would be nice if there were some limited Saturday hours or maybe one or two nights that they stayed opened a little later. For someone who works a 8-5, Monday-Friday job, getting out there during open hours can be tricky at times. Highly recommend Hall’s Custom Processing and will be using them for future orders as well.”
