I love it here! My dog Belle was boarded and she didn’t seem to mind the workers or the schedule. I did pick her up early which is my fault so the girl who brought her out wasn’t prepared but once again that was my bad. The blanket was wet but it was definitely water as it didn’t smell of urine at all. Overall was a good experience and I will be boarding here again in the future.

Great dog kennel! Super friendly and very affordable. Clean facility and plenty of room for our big fur baby to play. Thank you for taking care of Rocky! He is a very active dog and he was super happy when we picked him up.

We were confident with our decision to leave our baby with them. Even went on a tour. However, our baby was left with them for 10 days, and we were very disappointed. We picked her up and she smelled really bad, covered in urine smell. The girl went and got her stuff and said the blanket and bed were wet but she didn't smell any urine. We had to tell her that one of her bowls was missing. She went and got it but couldn't find her leash. They probably gave it to the wrong person. We got in the car and the entire car smelled like urine from the dog and the blanket and bed. She has a rash on her chest. When we got her home, she drank 2 bowls of water. We are angry and will not be using this place ever again. If you need a kennel, please DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

edited: ALL MY DOGS GOT KENNEL COUGH HERE AND ALL OF THEM WERE UP TO DATE ON SHOTS. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. okay so first off, when i picked up the dogs they seemed fine. when they got in the car, rocky was SHAKING like he was terrified or something. they all smelled horrible like they had peed and pooped on themselves. none of them were going to the bathroom outside on sunday or monday, they all peed and pooped inside when all of them are potty trained. which makes me wonder if they were even let out at all while they were there. then comes the bill. I was told I could only pick up and drop off my dogs from 4-6pm on any day of the week. makes sense. but on sunday they said that if they aren’t picked up by noon that they charge a completely new day. so my dogs were there on thursday at 5pm and i picked them up on sunday at 5pm. a full 72 HOURS. i was charged 4 nights? that doesn’t seem right to me. the girls at the front didn’t know how to explain it to me so that was lol. and then when i called the owner, he didn’t make it make sense either because how does my dogs being there 72 hours ON THE DOT, result in me being charged for 4 nights? this was my first time EVER boarding a dog and they make me never want to do it again. I will be telling my friends and family and literally anyone who asks about this place to NEVER go here. severely disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience with Country Charm Bed & Biscuit. The facility was exceptionally clean, and the owners were truly professional. I felt confident leaving my furry friend in their care. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch pet boarding services.

Our little dog stayed for one overnight. We had bathed him the day before we brought him to be boarded for the night. I can't understand how in one day's time he could smell so badly of urine when we picked him up early the next morning. He has been housebroken since he was little. He is a gentle fella. I am concerned that they didn't take him out. He never has accidents. I won't take him there again.

We had been taking our dog (Alice) here for over 10 years. Sadly, we lost her last fall. We have 2 Australian Shepherds now and we didn't hesitate to take our puppies here. While dropping off our girls, the young lady working commented about Alice. This just confirmed why we let them watch our puppies. This place is great!
