Shysters, bought a $60k truck, four wheel drive didn’t work, truck had ran over something, the passenger wheel bearing was mangled, the bed was attached with 6 loose bolts. Wouldn’t do anything to make it right. Reading other reviews this seems to be a pattern on used vehicles. Don’t trust them.

Bryce Tabor was amazing. I absolutely hate car shopping but these guys were fantastic. I called ahead and explained what i was looking for and Bryce was super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process!!! Thanks yall for making my car buying experience as pleasant as possible!!

Aaron robirds is the best salesman I have ever interacted with! He went above and beyond to help me have a good experience and get my new car as soon as possible. He made sure to tell me every detail about the car I wanted and made sure I was fully informed and happy with every detail! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a car!

This is the best place to buy a vehicle. No pressure and they beat everyone's price. Spencer, Logan, Ben and Mike are a great bunch that make you feel like family. Everyone there is very polite.

Once again the dealership reminds me why we don’t use them regularly. I was horribly over charged for a simple job. But the “book says it’s supposed to take 3 hours” so that’s what I was charged for a 1 (one) hour task. I highly recommend other mechanics. They wouldn’t listen or offer any assistance. Was charged 1500% more than the cost of the part.

Was approved for a loan “which they never went over the details of “ waited over a week for a car that we paid a deposit on and kept getting excuses like “my personal car is also in the shop” after waiting over a week we went In to pickup and finalize and our salesman left before the deal was done “we got there close to closing and for sure they made sure we knew they stayed late for us “ so we make it to finance and then there is Andy, the manager who was unable to do anything about their digital signatures throwing an error and since it was after hours he basically said we’ve already stayed for you and there is nothing left to do but wait 4 more days to get the car after we have already waited and are car sharing currently. That was not a solution for us and I’ve never been treated more poorly when trying to spend 20k just wow the nerve of andy to ask why I was upset like who wouldn’t be . Andy needs to go t this is very sad for a place I’ve done business w beforeBUYER BEWARE

This place is a joke. We took in our vehicle to have a recall fixed along with an oil change and to have them see why our breaks were squealing. 6 hours later we show up as no one called yet. They changed our oil and said breaks were squealing as we needed ball joints and shocks.$1,400 ( anyone with a brain knows better) we’re about ready to leave and we remembered to ask if the recall was fixed. They refused to fix the safety recall that dodge put out till we fix the ball joints and shocks(we talked to dodge ourselves and was told they should of fixed it and they are investigating in them) so now 6 hours and $135.00 just to blow smoke up our butts wasted. Also when we got home and was looking over the paperwork they had put on there that we declined to have an oil leak checked out? We was NEVER informed of an oil leak and have NEVER had an oil leak. We’re reaching out to dodge ourselves to see what can be done. By the looks of everything I can tell there hurting for business and trying to screw the Americans over. Don’t use this place to service your vehicle there is others around that do truly care

I live in Indiana and was traveling on vacation to Arkansas when I started to lose power to my Honda. I was about 15 miles from Marshfield, MO. I was able to literally coast into the service bay of the Don Vance Auto Group. It was almost noon. They diagnosed my problem as an alternator. They were able to find one (Shout out to O'Reilly Auto Parts). Three and a half hours later, I was back on the road. These folks were great. And by the way, they quoted me a price beforehand and when they were finished it was $150 less. Great service and honest. Thanks so much!

Dealer didn’t care to work deal. Came in to Lease a Wagoneer. Offered to speak with sales manager myself but, was told they didn’t want to. Seemed like sales person rather not sell then have it come out of their commission. Found a Wagoneer else were cheaper, wish I didn’t drive an 1.5 hour to just turn and come home. That’s my fault.
