I run a cabinet shop that orders bundles of various thickness plywoods(60+ sheets at a time) from other suppliers. My shop is in Marshfield so this lumber yard was going to be more convenient. However, as I was using them to buy a sheet here and there, to build up an account and give them a chance to get their orders right, they had several issues. On multiple occasions they had ordered the wrong materials, changed pricing without warning, tried to pawn off subpar materials, etc. The older gentlemen I had been working with were seeming to come around, getting a hang of my account so I went in to get 20 sheets, of which they only had 2 in stock. A younger employee I hadn't seen before proceeded to change my price again, and then berate me for only ordering 2 sheets, which is literally all they had in stock, and threaten to delete my account. My business will stay with my other suppliers that don't act like children.

The guys at Marshfield lumber were amazing. They cut the wood where i needed it and they were easy to talk to and willing to work with me not knowing what i needed. I appreciate them and what they did.

I sure learned my lesson. Charged $12.75 for 1x8x8's. Lowes price is $6.25. Will NEVER go back to this lumber yard again.

Totally ignored by staff even though the place was dead. After I stood at the counter for a few minutes, their friend they were chatting up about how hot it was finally left. They finally quoted me double the price in Springfield for straight run lumber, so I turned around and left. Never was asked if I found what I needed on the floor. Was never greeted.
