Not to mention the great staff that took care of my needs in a timely, professional, and friendly way. Alice was very helpful, knowledgeable, and even fun to talk to. Made what seemed like it would be a daunting task—getting internet—an actually entertaining afternoon. Can’t recommend Alice and US Cellular enough from this experience!”

“Marshfield, Mo Store i purchased a Samsung Galaxy s25fe mailed to store Mikki she was friendly, helpful, considerate, clean, chairs provided. The only complaint I had was I wanted to pay more on my phone at time of purchase there, but was told I could not until February5th a month after purchase.
Later when when we received Verizon our Wi-Fi 5G I called customer service to disconnect ourJet-Pak I ask when I could pay more on my new phone and was told that had to be done at time if purchase and couldn't be done at anytime after. ? ? ?
That's my only complaint as I want to pay more on my phone.
I like the Phone as I'm learning to use it. We also like the Verizon 5G service. Easy set up for it and 2 bar signal.”
