Friendly people! But when I asked if the vehicle had rust I was told No it didn't than later I made closer inspection and found quite alot of painted-over rust on rocker panels! But other than that great vehicle!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Shaffer motor. I bought a 2014 Ford Focus and it was a great experience. The salesman Jason Barnes was a great person to buy a car from. He was not like the other sales people I have dealt with in the past. Great staff thanks guys. I will be recommending you to anybody I know looking for a great vehicle at a great price

Very pleased with my experience with Steve! He didn't act anything like a "stereotypical car salesman", but more like a buddy helping me find a good vehicle at a fair price. I saw a vehicle online that interested my wife and decided to drive up over lunch one day to take a look. I should have called first - when I got there, Steve informed me that it was at the shop getting an oxygen sensor replaced. But he offered to bring it to my office in Springfield after work the next day for my wife and I to check it out. She liked it well enough that Steve let me take it to my own mechanic the next day to get his take on it. I bought it the next day in the easiest transaction I've experienced. This wasn't the newest car out there - over a buck thirty on the odometer - so I didn't expect anything factory fresh, but it was in great condition and Steve gave me as much info as he could on the drivability and all the little things they did to get it ready for sale. When I'm in the market for another vehicle, I won't hesitate to see what's on Shaffer's lot.

I was interested in a car for sale at Shaffer Motors and Steve let me drive it to Springfield to have my mechanic look it over. After my mechanic discovered that the rear brake pads were nearly shot and some lights were out, Steve had them fixed free of charge, paid for the state inspection, and even knocked another couple hundred dollars off the already low price of the car for the trouble. Buying a car from Steve was about as painless as a used car purchase can be. I only wish he was closer to Springfield.
