These must be the slowest pumps in the state. I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes and it’s managed to pump a measly 9 and it’s still going.

They refuse to give you a receipt for your purchase of gas. Check your bank charges VERY carefully.

Stopped in here after grabbing a coffee a McDonald’s and needed more sugar, came in the store to a clerk behind the register on her phone and a gentleman at the “gaming” machine both said nothing, I walked to the coffee section to find a sugar dispenser instead of packs so I grab a small cup and put sugar in it, and walked out, as I’m getting in my car that’s parked in front of the doors the gentleman in the store runs out yelling at me that I stole a coffee so I tell him it’s just sugar in the cup and he proceeds to tell me I can’t leave unless I pay for my small styrofoam cup, not the sugar but for the cup. I would have paid for the cup gladly but this gentleman was so quick to be hateful that I will never come back here.The date this happened is 12/29/23 10:30am

12/25/22Current pump status:50% of the pumps are not working.Customer at pump #4 said he has been there for 5 minutes and has pumped only one gallon! Totally unacceptable.12/20/22Shell Corporation needs to do anything in their power to raze this station. What an embarrassment to their brand. 38% of the 8 pumps never work. You have less than a 50/50 chance that the remaining pumps are going to pump faster than a gallon every minute or two, so if you need 20 gallons you're going to sit there for 15 or 20 minutes!! That's unacceptable. There are, I believe 9 places in Marshfield to fill up and this station is the worst. The terms "preventive maintainence" and "maintenance" are nowhere to be found in their business vocabulary. Today was a real winner. I participate in the Shell Rewards program and was supposed to get 40 cents off the regular price but true to form, pump #3 wouldn't pump so I gave up and went to pump #4 but now the savings went back to the regular amount which is 10 cents off per gallon. But this pump wouldn't pump either so I gave up there also. I asked a young lady at pump #6 if that pump was working and she said "no" it was not working correctly. There was an out of state pickup sitting at pump #2 this whole time with the man sitting inside shaking his head in disgust. The operators of the station have a note taped to certain pumps that read something to the effect, "if the pumps run slow release the lever for 30 to 45 seconds", but that hardly ever works out.Current state of this station:Pump #1 Does not workPump #2 Pumps VERY SLOWPump #3 Pumps VERY SLOWPump #4 Pumps VERY SLOWPump #5 Gas Does not workPump #5 Diesel Does not workPump #6 Gas Pumps VERY SLOWPump #6 Diesel Not sure on this pumpSo the bottom line here is, if you can buy fuel anywhere else, do so or plan to be very frustrated.

I tried to purchase gas by prepayment but the clerk wasn't able to clear the pump. I asked her to cancel the payment but she couldn't do that either. I had to wait 24 hours to use my card to get fuel. Not a happy camper.
