My fiancé and I went to the Marshfield branch as I’m normally banking at the Springfield branch to obtain a money order for a new residence. We obtained in Marshfield. The teller there was extremely snippy and rude Regarding my transaction and questions about obtaining checks. After I obtain the money order, I went to inquire about the checks, and she just ignored me and went to help the next customer that she apparently knew. Has she been wearing a name tag? I would’ve Reported her to Corporate. Now I see why that bank hardly doesn’t even business if they have people like that working for them. I am seriously contemplating taking my banking needs elsewhere as I was treated like my simple $200 money order was just in consequential and my need for checks to pay future rent and bills was not enough to be treated like a human being.

Open 3 days a week for 4 hours what a joke of a business. I honestly have no idea why people even use them anymore, they are absolutely useless. Do us all a favor and just close the bank so someone can open another drive thru coffee shop and put a remote ATM in a parking lot somewhere.

The lobby and drive-thru close at 4pm. This makes it nearly impossible for someone who works to do any banking that cannot be accomplished online.

Worst Management of any bank I’ve ever been with!!? If you can’t hold standard working hours and conduct Buisness the same way every other bank in marshfield is doing than you need to close! Don’t give me any line about digital banking!! This branch is so poorly ran that it is open for half days closed for 3 days in middle of the week and no Saturday hours. No excuse for this but inept management. I am in my second letter to corporate on this issue, thankfully they say they are going to investigate what’s going on at this branch! Do not bank here if you live in marshfield!

Open after people go to work (9:00am), closed when people get off work (4:00pm), closed when people are off work (Saturday) closed Wednesdays.How convenient.Best way I can think of to kill a business is to make it inaccessible to customers.
