Their staff aren't helpful. I needed a repeat print job done and now they can't do it. There doesn't seem to be a consistent standard and the level of help I get depends on who's working. The Assistant Manager Raquel was not helpful at all. I've working with other employees and they did the print job no problem.

Today dealt with the female manager (second time). She did not smile, very curt, cut me off when I was trying to explain my situation with my shipment, and it was obvious she did not want to be helpful. She should not work with the public.

FedEx is terrible it use to be great now you don't get your packages on time and they deliver them to the wrong address they are very incompetent. A lot of people are complaining.
