I'm not saying they can match cove base from 20 years ago, but when we're looking for new cove base, they have styles we like. But, they do have the exterior door jam and door decorative glass inserts that match our 20 year old house! ?”

“I came in to do an exchange. I waited in customer service for about 5 minutes. Vicki was the employee that helped me and was so very kind. I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. Vicki made sure she answered everything before saying goodbye and calling up the next customer.”

“I'm a professional driver and when I called them they were very patient and informative. Their lot isn't the biggest in the world but definitely big enough to get in and out of. Especially being an expansion of a separate parent company. The forklift guys were very helpful and even helped me fold up one of my tarps! Very quick and very helpful. Wouldn't mind delivering to them or working with them again at all! 👔
