Iâm on my lunch break as I entered the bank there were 3 women alll setting at desk I asked for asst with setting up an autopay for a loan from an internal savings account the young lady indicated to the manager but calling across the room that she did not know how to do this procedure instead of someone assisting me who knew how to process my request the manager ONNA began talking across the lobby to the rep as to how to find the instructions! TRAINING SHOULD NOT BE DONE ON THE CUSTOMERS TIME! Especially when I expressed that I was short on time and on my lunch break iif there werenât customers there would be no bank on top of this I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE ENTIRE BANK! There was no valid reason for ANYONE to NOT offer assistance it wasnât until I asked about your survey that the manager ONNA came over to offer any assistance after she saw me scan the sign and ask the teller TONY if the scan was a reflection on him he had absolutely nothing to do with this issue he was the only person in the bank that appeared to be working
as I was leaving a customer came in the bank and was warmly greeted yet no greeting was offered to me nor a offer to assist are these things only offered to certain customers??? Do I need to look different? I hadnât asked for anything at first so why such dramatic experiences? I deposit money weekly into my account I consider myself a loyal customer yet no appreciation or effort is shown for my business. Why is this? I canât change my appearance so whatâs required? I was neatly dressed and in business attire but should that matter??! Or is it that no one cares no matter what someone does itâs just based on the staffs judgment of the individual? If your staff is too busy talking to each other to assist itâs good to know this because itâs not a quality I look for in a financial institution. It was a sad experience that could have been avoided by just ALL OF THEM JUST DOING THEIR JOB unless their job is to just sit and talk and also the manager is SUPPOSED TO BE THE EXAMPLE BUT I HOPE NOT IN THIS CASE! I wish I didnât have to come to this location, however if the closest location Camping that I was trying to do some banking on my lunch break thinking Work in time I came here there are times I am forced to come here. I canât say that I like to, but I donât have a choice. Well, we do have choices. There are other institutions it s Just say that I I have to think of that because of this, the behavior of your staff by the way, if there was a way to choose zero stars I would have chosen. I had to choose one because there were no other options

We recently opened a new account at the Maryland Heights location and cannot say enough how amazing the staff all have been! They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything has transitioned smoothly as well as answering all of our questions along the way. We have been looking into other services from them and they are fast with the new contacts to get the process complete. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new banking location!
