“These guys are absolutely awesome. Had a server with raid 5 get hit with some lightning. Thought I was screwed. I called and they got me in right away. From the get go they were talking with the exact right steps to figure out if it could be revived. They diagnosed it correctly within a hour. Swapped my 4 drives into a new server. They called and said it was ready to go. I took it back to work and it worked like nothing happened. I can't tell you how excited I am right now. From their office I wasn't sure if they were the right guys. I was wrong. They nailed it. So exciting!!!

“I highly recommend Phone Geeks for iPhone repairs. I depend on having my phone for my work, 12-hour shifts, so I was frustrated when my iPhone 12 Pro Max battery started dying after only 4 hours. I know it's an old phone, but other than the charge, it still works great. I didn't want to buy a new one, so I looked into getting it fixed. Phone Geeks was the place I chose, and I don't regret it.
They were incredibly fast—I was in and out for the battery replacement in less than a lunch break. The price was exactly what I expected (very on point), and the workmanship was great. It’s been about a week now, and the phone is holding up strong. I’m now getting at least 14 hours on a single charge. If you need a reliable local tech shop in Winchester, this is the place!”
“I have to give a shout out to Chris at Office Depot in Bridgeton. I ordered a desk for pick up and found out it was definitely heavy enough to require two men to lift. So I tried my best to get a buddy but bad weather was coming soon and I could get no help. So I called the store Chris answered and after speaking to me he suggested that between us we should be able to get it in the back of my truck. So I agreed, showed up and walked in. There weren’t very many employees there but I found a young lady at a desk and asked for Chris, she pointed the way and stated it was just those two there, pardon the wait. It was no problem and Chris was available and promptly helped me with a smile. He was right, we got it in. My bum shoulder was giving me trouble and I mentioned I might not be able to help the next guy help me. He suggested I just take it in piece by piece and do it that way. I’m not dumb but I hadn’t even thought of that. Well that thoughtful information ended up being the only way I was going to get it in the house with all neighbors gone! It was easy to do and I can’t thank Chris enough for all his help. Chris is an asset to this company or any other he would join.”

“I've really enjoyed shopping at the Outlet store, they provide appliances at discounted rates, a few dings, bumps, or missing paperwork but all usually worth it.
I've bought my oven and refrigerator replacements here and haven't been disappointed at all. They offer 80 same as cash options as well as delivery, that removes the old appliances as well.”

“Had an appointment to get my laptop fixed. Showed up 10 minutes early just to be safe and waited 20 minutes to be seen. Not a problem so far. This guy talks through the problem and end up telling me that he has to send it off to Apple and it’s a 9-15 day process, but also he is not from that store originally so I will have to wait for the other Geek to finish with her customer so she can process it. All good. Takes about 10 minutes for the other customer to get finished up and then we begin. Reviewed every thing from the other guy and she starts typing. She stops to check in a new walk in and here is where I became frustrated. Over the course of about an hour she spent about 10 total minutes working to process my drop off because every time a new walk in comes in, she stops to check them in, which is fine, but each one she spent about 5 minutes talking through their problem instead of getting the gist and telling them she’ll address it when it’s their turn. Finally, she has reached a stopping point and tells me “Good news! You won’t have to wait 9/15 days because I suggest you take this to MacHQ because they can do in store repair!” Turns out that she was having difficulty running diagnostics and she could not process the drop off without running diagnostics. If I had simply been able to walk away from the store with this one thing checked off my to do list, I would have forgiven everything else. However, enduring the unnecessary hour of her very distractedly helping me only to tell me that, essentially, if she’d worked a little quicker, I could have just been on my way. I would leave one star, but I do not think the store and its other employees deserve to be lumped into the poor workmanship of this one individual.”

“I'm the dirt bag that shows up 5 mins before the store closes. Sadly I do this all the time. I paid for my stuff online and was picking it up in store the same day. I arrive at 7:55 to find the doors (more like windows) are no longer open but the employees were still inside. Long story short- even though the store was closed, I managed to find the phone number and call them. I was able to convince the workers to unlock the doors, let us inside, and I got my order that night anyway; after showing a valid photo id order number QR code etc. I'm glad they made sure they weren't giving my stuff to the wrong person! 5 stars for making an exception for us. Basic human decency goes a long way with me. Thanks guys.”
