Our lift system was not charging and Handicare quickly responded and made multiple trips out to try different solutions until the problem was completely fixed. Quality people and quality products that have made it possible to keep our loved one at home safely with us.

I would not expect customer service to help you. It took me many emails and three phone calls to learn they didn't even carry my product any longer. It took an email from "their go to supplier" to find out who did carry the product I was looking for.

Handicare and its dealer Rampcousa have been a nightmare to deal with. They have no concern whatsoever for their customers. If you are looking to buy a stair lift do not buy from them!
