“I am not rating Essence yet but based my hubbys experience is why I reached out. Patty Koch was the representative for Essence. Let me say she was amazing. She walked me through the process of Medicare B, she was patient and very supportive It was a challenging process the goal was Medicare approval so Essence would be effective May 1. It was quite a challenge of phone calls and email with social security but today is May 1 and confirmed part B from SSI yesterday. Patty you are amazing. Thank you so much !!! ❤ Im officially a Essence member today.”
