Predatory scammers is all I can say. Super high repair bill and they didn't put my vehicle back together correctly. They stole about $20 worth of screws (shop stated that they were never there to begin with but they were) and broke one side of my $200 engine cover on my 2015 Chevy Colorado. Got pics to prove my claims are legit. They will be uploaded with my review. As you can very well imagine this was the first and the last time I will be taking any of my vehicles to them ever again.*Edit* 03-05-2024Dave made things right and ordered me everything I needed to get my truck back together (Picked up parts today 03-05-2024). Most shops don't own up to things like this when it happens on their watch but he did! I am now a satsified customer to say the least. Thank you again Dave!

One of our Maryland Heights police officers, gave the recommendation said he used them for his own vehicles that they would hook me up And take care of my car and that they did. They’re very kind I appreciate the Prompt timing very appreciative. I definitely will be returning for future maintenance.

A couple years ago, I went in for a check engine light on. I have to take it twice because they could not figure out why the light kept on turning on. The second time they did not even communicate with me and just changed the air sensor which was new because I had just replaced it myself and charged $1,000 for it. I finally took the car somewhere else where they confirmed it was the transmission, which is a common problem for the type of car I had, they should have known. I was going through stuff in my life that it was very hard to fight this situation with them. I replied with a text message about the situation and never heard back, no solution, no reimbursement, no apology. So, I spent over 1,000 dls for something that did not have remedy. I had left the situation in the past but recently I got some mail advertisement, I have moved several times and found my address, the situation made me angry again. If you are an old customer, you have formed your own opinion from them, if you are new, I would never recommend this place. The second time I took my car for the problem, while waiting in the lobby, I overheard instructions that they had the rule of giving regular customers priority, so new customers were less priority even if they had come for a service first. It seems like they are more concerned about “playing nice,” being nice to customers, and spending on mail advertisements rather than the actual work.

I can’t say enough about Quality auto repair. It’s hard to find an auto shop that you can trust but these guys were honest upfront about everything even when they ran into an unforeseen problem, they told me about it they explain things to me so I would understand what was going on. Dave and Nick do a great job of communicating throughout all the repairs I have. It’s well worth the drive to their shop for me to use them.

Everything was timely and fixed as requested. As I pointed out to Haley only suggestion would be if the actual work repair is performed , I don’t think there should be a diagnostic charge for labor.

I have known David for years, He is an amazing Mechanic and person. I trust him without a Doubt. I brought my car in to get an inspection and emissions. Him and his staff did a wonderful job. Getting my car up to par. I would recommend him to everybody. I know very trustworthy And great service.

I took my Nissan 2013 SV car for a gear shift problem, it gets stuck in parking mode. I bought this used car in May 2023, It looks like a common problem in Nissan cars due to CVT transmission. Most of the shops recommended to go with the dealer, then I got a quote from the dealer. I went to this shop based on online ad and their experience in Nissan cars. The shop person claimed they can fix it around $550, but simply wasted time, money, and effort in name diagnostic fees and gave a 50% higher price than a dealer quote. After paying $200 for diagnosic, fees the issue still remains the same. I regret my decision.
