We have shopped at the same location for 23 years. The Schnucks run pharmacy and the first couple of years with CVS went very well. All of the Schnucks pharmacists were run off after about 18 months. The techs were kept for the most part when CVS took over. There was plenty of help and almost no wait time.BUT NOW, one pharmacist and the convenience of the location are the only thing keeping us from going to another location, or switching over to Wal-Mart!The days of the monopoly stranglehold that the three PBMs have, will be busted, probably by by either new, or existing antitrust laws.In case I haven't been abundantly clear, I am at the end of my rope and my patience . To paraphrase the famous line from the movie "Network", I've had enough, and I can't take it any more".The three of us use a combined 140 "individual" pills" daily.That's going to cost you. The lady I spoke with on the phone about transferring my prescription was immensely rude. Didn’t want to look for the prescription to see if it was in stock and kept yelling over me when I was trying to talk. I needed it today, which is why I was trying to transfer and my normal store said it was in stock at this location. I guess I dodged a bullet with having to deal with that lady again at least.

The pharmacist is rude, snappy and condescending. She has absolutely no customer service.

Edith is not kind and not helpful. Phone cut out so I did not here her first greeting, finally heard her yell HELLLOOO I SAID CVS PHARMACY! then proceeded to be rude. Asked if I would get a call or text. She said "nope we don't have number on file" so I told her I can give her my number. She says well we have it with an attitude. I said ok, can I get a text. She asks for my name and dob for a second time and said "ok go ahead". Finally set me up with texts. Shouldn't have to work this hard to get decent service. Not thrilled on my first time using CVS pharmacy. Only do mail orders but would much prefer if in person to go elsewhere. Not a good first impression.

Small enough that there is not a long line like frequently happens at Walgreens. They take care of doctor call backs much more efficiently. I will continue here.

Still waiting on test results from 2 days ago.I won't be back for a covid test here.They know people are sick but takes to long to get test thru drivethru. They say they test you,well that's wrong.they bag up a kit

Pharmacy told me prescription was in process and would be filled in a couple of hours. I was out if medicine and I needed it filled today as it's a seizure control medication. I checked later auto attendant still said in process. I was on my way there to ask about the progress since I needwdit for my 2pm dose at 12.30 I was told it would be filled tomorrow sorry. Noobe called to tell me it wouldn't be reatiday and thus is the 3rd tine I've gad trouble getting medication here. I would not recommend this pharmacy

Every since CVS has taken over Schnucks Pharmacy it has been a nightmare! Nobody will pick up phone Its crazy this has happened for past 2 months They aren't smart enough to look and see if medicine in stock i have to tell them to look in computer or shelf.Its horrible that ive called 8 times sames recording nobody is available this happens way too much.I use a different pharmacy but my husband uses CVS even though insurance recommends CVS I will not use them and my husband is about ready to switch.Nobody answers phone its so unprofessional.
