The two gentleman working were very professional. They were juggling to-go orders while preparing my food as well as consciously keeping the surrounding workspace as clean as possible during food preparation. The sandwich was delicious and the overall experience was great.

I used to love this subway but the service has gone way downhill. I ordered delivery yesterday from the subway app. It never showed up. I tried to call several times and no one answered. The email from subway said DoorDash was delivering, so I called DoorDash, but they had no record of any order. I went to subway after work and my food was just sitting there. They offered me to take the food…?? I explained what happens at the guy said, “ Why didn’t you come get your food.” They said it’s my responsibility to get my food. I explained that I’m not allowed to leave work during the day. They were just totally rude to me, including the ‘manager.’ They also advised they don’t have a phone! I called the owner and I never received to call back. Save your time and go to Fireside.

I did an online order via app and it added things I didn't want. I tried calling the store and no answer. Tried several times. Will not order Via app again. Nor will I go to a store that won't answer phone.

Was there today and ordered a subway club. Service was quick, employees polite and sandwich was great. The sandwich maker got me fresher looking tomatoes than the ones sitting right in front of them that had obviously been sitting out for awhile. Thank you for paying attention to the small details!

Will never return to this location again. My daughter loves Subway and we always get some on Monday evenings after her class. We have given them multiple chances and still cannot get a sandwich. Always order ahead of time on the app and they never have the sandwiches ready on time. Ordered on the app 12/12 and they stated they never received the order and I still have not received my $56 back. Ordered again tonight. Show up at 7:30, but the store is completely closed. Now going to have to fight for another $23 to be refunded.

The a/c is never on, flies buzzing the meat bar, mens room door closer been broken for 6 months at least (door slams and scares everyone). Owner is a cheap skate!

What I had was good-tuna sub. but they didn't have what I came for. The website advertised gluten-free bread, but when I went there and asked for gluten-free bread , they didn't have any.

Pulled up hungry after working late @ 8:55pm sat. Walk n and there's 2 youngsters r running around playing tag r sumn. Third youngster making sandwiches. Says we're closed! I say u guys r n here playing but I can't get a sandwich. He says I don't work here! I ask y is door not locked. Can I get a sandwich r no. Guy that doesn't work there excorts me 2 door n says next time.. won't b a next time. Very unprofessional. N I'm still hungry. Typed all this n white castle drive thru. Driving out of line 2 house 2 eat PB an jelly.

Lucas and Colin were very friendly and customer oriented. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The store seemed clean and inviting. One of the best experiences, if not the best, I've had at a Subway.
