Westlake Ace Hardware is a clean, well-stocked store known for friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the excellent service, especially when seeking specific items or picking up orders, with staff going out of their way to ensure satisfaction. The store offers a large selection of hardware, including a wide variety of BBQ equipment, parts, and supplies, making it a great place for grill enthusiasts. It also features a small repair shop for small engines and a small Hallmark shop inside. Shoppers note that the store is not overly busy, allowing for a relaxed shopping experience and easy access to needed items. While some customers wish the store carried more supplies for paint sprayers, overall, Westlake Ace Hardware is seen as a friendly, reliable place to find hardware, tools, and small handy items for home projects and remodels.
RJ at Ace in Maryville Missouri helped me out considerably on picking out a smoker I was going back and forth on a bunch of different ones and his input and helpfulness help me decide on the Traeger that I purchased. I've used it a handful of times and I love it
