515 E 7th St Office, Maryville MO 64468
“We moved here in March 25’ - Andrea is the property manager, she is great! Has been super helpful since day 1 and always super sweet. The apartments are great if you’re looking for something quiet and cozy. 2 bedrooms are pretty spacious, neighbors are nice and respectful. Lots of diversity among all ranges of people and ages. Not a bad place at all!”

“I have only lived here a few months now. My apartment is amazing and I feel safe here. Now I will say as for the manger and maintenance guy those 2 bust their tails to get stuff done and in appropriate timing. Both of them work hard for sure and keep this place running smoothly. Now on this comment from what I been told with past management it sucked but as of right now In my opinion whatever Mandi is doing keep up the great work!! It would be nice to have an easier way to get up and down instead of the stairs for ones who struggle with stairs. It be cool.”

“Great place. They care about you and the care of the property. They care about your safety and that you are comfortable in a safe apartment. They make sure your appliances and environment is up to safety standards. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Very active community with plenty of activities like bingo, dinners, church etc. For the senior and disabled community residents. On site management, care coordinator and maintenance persons. Has new ownership with many renovations happening. Has both stairs and two elevators. Small pet friendly community with smoke free options.”
