“WOW I didn't see this coming. I had some, of what I considered to be, panic episodes when someone i didn't knoew got into my account and about wiped it out. I called the bank and a young man answered the phone and asked if I would come to the bank and we could work on it together. I got to tge bank and a man named Reed McIntire (hope I spelled this right) greeted me. He saw that I was trying to hide my panic and terror at this happening. He showed patience, knowledge of how he could help, and most important compassion. He took almost an hour getting me and my bank account figured out. His supervisor also assisted every way he could (sorry didnt get his name) And now 3 days later he still takes my calls and helps with patience and kindness, every bank should have employees like this! I now know why I have banked her since 1983. Thank you and bless you for all you have done and continue to help me with.”
