Didn't get very much service except for the most basic things. I'm pretty sure I was just a part in their production line of people getting them in and out of the store. Nothing I did there was worth what I had to pay. Kind of ridiculous and I'm not entirely sure who to blame, because the worker seemed to be going from script.

He stayed later to help me and was very nice and my daughter was being a handful and he handled us very well

I have had my taxes done by H&R Block for 30 years now, and I have NEVER had a problem nor been disappointment by the results! I have lived in two different states during that time, and lived in both large cities and small towns, and the level of service and efficiency has been the same across the board! I recommend H&R Block whenever someone asks me for advice on where to get help with their taxes.

Went in to file wanted it direct deposit they set me up with a emerald card instead and when i realized what they had done i called and the woman on the phone was hateful with me.

Lori Harris does a great job & is the only reason we have been going back. We are VERY UNHAPPY with what it cost us to have our taxes done. Our taxes are very simple, 2z W2s, interest & college tuition credit. So our appt to enter all our info is about 15-20 mins & we paid $327.00. That is absolutely ridiculous since we have been going to H&R Block for almost 20yrs.

Michael Wilson has prepared my taxes for the passed five years in a friendly and professional manner. Our appointments are kept on time and only take about an hour. The price is fair and the office is comfortable. . The last two years I have done my taxes online from the Philippines and Michael has been very helpful in coordinating our tax returns. Great job H&R Block
