“Shade at this store deserves a trophy for excellent customer service. I was adding my 91 year old mother to my plan and needed to transfer her number from TMobile. They had really given her the runaround on upgrading her iPhone making her wait over 2 weeks for the transfer # and I had finally driven 200 miles to try to get it straightened out. Since we could not get the transaction completed in one trip, Shade got everything set up so my mom could come back when she had the transfer number and he would make sure her watch, hearing aids and pacemaker were all operational. Everything worked out and I can’t recommend this store highly enough.”
