Literally came in 8 times for 3 weeks for my mail key. Said they dropped some keys and the girl that could solve it worked a certain time which I understand. But it was constant we'll ask her about it tomorrow and come in this day and we'll call you when it's ready but never called. You forget once that's fine but how did you forget to ask 7 different times after seeing the same person 8 times for 3 weeks and writing down my information and a reminder 7 times. This happened in September 2024 was waiting until a moved back to my home city.

Where the heck is my mail...can they even read??? To me seem like they can't read. why you haired a person that can't read mail to the right address. It getting annoying and I had file report about that so many time.... enough is enough...get real and haired a person that can read....it been more than 20 time wrong address drop off even the apartment number is same but the look at the 1st 3 number before the address....how hard that can be...if I can read then why can't they read

The mail carrier keeps trying to STUFF packages in my mailbox. When I talked to someone about it, I was told if I didn't like it I could just get a Post Office Box or deal with it. They also keep putting The Post (free news paper) in my mailbox, even after I called them and The Post to ask them to stop. Then they wonder why USPS keeps loosing money.

My mail package was delivered the wrong address on the apartment side with same apt. front door numbers. I've tiredly every time walked to pick up my mail package from the wrong person. Be sure to follow the right delivery instructions to the address.

USPS Maryville MO has lost the FIFTH package I’ve ordered online in the span of a year!! The postmen running stuff out that need to trained better! Every time without fail, I order something online and something goes wrong; whether it’s a broken package, horrifically slow delivery, or “lost” packages that get stolen, you never fail to disappoint. Is matching addresses and not stealing packages really that hard?? DO BETTER.
P.S. if you ever lose your package, check to see if it was insured by the seller, USPS is legally required to pay up to $100 in lost/damaged/stolen goods so long as you have proof! That’s the only thing this post office is good for

It was my worst experience with USPS. I mailed my laptop on January 2nd, was informed that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Today it is 22nd February, Still the package isn’t delivered yet and update is “Processing at DestinationArrived at USPS Destination Facility”. I didn’t receive the package back either. The response I receive every time I visit USPS, MO is same that I have to intercept package delivery to get it back. The package is moving back and forth except delivering to the destination. The package is being transited to unrelated locations from the destination. I have provided the correct delivery address too. Not sure where it is going wrong and I’m clueless whom to approach on this. I need my package back or to be delivered to the destination.

Have lived many places. The Maryville PO is the friendliest and best. Our rural delivery person is wonderful, too.

After 10 misdelivered packages you think these geniuses would put packages on the correct porches. I've lived in my apartment for almost 2 years and every package we have delivered ends up on a different porch or stolen because they set them on wrong porches. Unbelievable we had this happen again today. If I had a choice I'd never have any of my mail come through here.

Stopped here to pick up a package at General Delivery while pedaling across the country. The staff were friendly and helpful. I love small little towns like this!

Packages arrive 9 times out of 10 damaged. You very frequently gets everyone's mail but your own, I've often received mail that has been opened and taped shut. They never answer their, it's constantly busy. I often drive to other towns to mail packages, for some reason they try to charge you twice to mail something, if not more. It's just a mess.
