I recently had an unfortunate experience at a store where the manager displayed rude and condescending behavior. Additionally, my child’s friendly greeting was completely ignored. Also, during my visit, I observed a disheartening situation where a store associate prioritized assisting customers who arrived after me, neglecting to attend to my needs. This unequal treatment added to the overall sense of disregard and disappointment especially parents with kids. The manager’s behavior during my visit raises serious questions about her holding a manager role.PS.Trish, please take some lessons on customer service and mannerism.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this sally location…when We walked in you thought the store was closed because you couldn’t see the workers until you enter they’re behind the counter. They didn’t give a friendly greeting just an unpleasant face . Once we reached the back isle for curling Irons both of the workers (Kari and Msnager)proceeds to come into the isle watching our every move , Being very intimidating and making us feel racially profiled. They watched us through every isle making us very uncomfortable and not welcomed. We got the curling iron & headed to the counter. Once Kari proceeds to ring me up she assumes I’m using someone else beauty license profile & wants me to answer various questions like my zip code & email address which I’ve never had to do so before.Needless to say I’ll never go back

Closed at 7:09. Both women looked at me and shook their heads no. What type of customer service is that. Wont return here again.

One staff member wanted to be helpful and she was very personable, but new and didn't know where everything was. The other two seemed to care less and one rudely pointed in generalized areas where my item might be instead of using her words. Which would have been helpful because mi item was right next to her.

The workers are clueless! Went into the store for help on hair extensions. Left with some & they ended up being short even though the worker assured me that it would reach the top off my behind. They are final sale items and now I’m stuck with hair extensions I don’t like.

Went into this sallys right at opening the whole store smelled like someone was chain smoking. Smelled awful!! Was so overpowering. Will be going to a different location from now on. So disappointed.
