Me and my husband's experience AT&t in Mexico Missouri it's not a pleasant experience and we're not looking forward to ever going back to this particular location very racist and very very rude

I had been to two other stores in Columbia, MO and after two months of trying they couldn't figure it out. We decided to try the Mexico location and I'm glad we did! Aaron was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with the data on my Pixel 8. When he activated the ESim and it still didn't work, he realized it was because my phone was trying to connect to the 5G network, which we didn't have. He was able to quickly upgrade our plan, and actually saved us some money. My phone worked immediately after updating it. Andrew was able to get one of the other phones on our plan upgraded seamlessly as well.

Aaron was very sweet, kind, and patient and was a great detective, and also 10/10 on placing the screen saver without any bubbles. Also with answering the million questions I asked. When I go back I will definitely do business with Aaron 10/10 recommend
