“This auto shop went above and beyond to help my wife and mother-in-law who broke down while traveling to Illinois. It was a Monday morning and they had a busy schedule, but I explained that my family was stuck and needed to get home. They showed empathy and said they would squeeze us in on the schedule. The battery kept dying and we suspected in was the alternator. We towed it to the shop and they quickly confirmed it was the alternator. Thankfully the part was in-town and they were able to get it fixed in a matter of hours and get my family back on the road! Their communication was great throughout the process. Genuinely nice people! The price was very reasonable and to top it all off they even delivered the vehicle to my family who was stuck at a hotel because there were no Ubers to get them to the shop. I can’t recommend this shop enough and I wish they were here in Illinois! They were a huge blessing during a stressful situation. Thank you for your service!”

“I started in Fulton and they didn't have my size tire but Jimmy got on the phone and called the other shops and found one in Mexico so I went to Mexico they got me right in, got me a new tire for a great price because I still had good tread and low mileage on the tire that had a screw in the side wall. Thank you so much.?”

Didn't have spare Rushed into Mexico to Miller Tire , They were fantastic , They worked us into their schedule and got tire fixed quickly , Plus got good information on tires for electric vehicles, We were out of towners but they treated us great, Thanks Tim and Mike and the rest of crew you guys where great and efficient”

“THIS IS A POSITIVE REVIEWBut a back story with it. Every time me and my husband go to look for a vehicle we Come across shady dealerships whether they're big or small.The vehicles end up having stuff. Go wrong right away. Titles have been messed with. Needless to say some of the Vehicles ended up in the junkyard within a year The other day Our only vehicle started to act up. So we had to send it into the shop. And we started lookin This is where Corey and his car lot comes inWe told Corey what we were looking for and the price range. But we also told him the ordeal we've been through throughout the years and gave him a heads up. Whatever vehicle we fine, we will be doing a carfax there on the spot just to check everything out. He had 100 % no issue with it Was very happy to give us all of the information we wanted. The vehicle we test Drove we only had one issue with it. We told him, and since it was a Friday evening. He said he would get it into the shop and look at it first thing Monday. When I called back Monday morning. He, in fact, had it in there taking care of it. We went back and test drove it monday afternoon He completely replaced the part that had us concern. “Wouldn't recommend their tire service. Took my car there for 2 new tires. My wait time was 2 hours , and my car got damaged in the process. Now missing a big chunk out of the side of the undercarriage by tire where their lift lifted it. Should have took pictures before my car went in because their manager in tire dept. accused me of trying to scam walmart out of money to get my car fixed ,that I was lying, and it was like that when it came. Their insurance company said they wouldn't cover it before they even looked at the cameras to see what happened. WHAT A RIPOFF.”

“Our church bus had water damage get inside the shell around the handicap lift door, causing separation of the shell from the door frame. Randy went in on a Monday morning and had the bus back to us before we needed it again on Friday. Door is as tight as a drum, and the interior looks better than when we bought the vehicle!
