Always friendly, caring and helpful no matter what you are looking for, even if it is just to pop in and say “hello” without a purchase. They host the only show I watch regularly, live *usually* on Thursdays, even when on vacation. (Rarely do I miss it live, but I will watch and shop as soon as possible after!)
