“I had been to two other stores in Columbia, MO and after two months of trying they couldn't figure it out. We decided to try the Mexico location and I'm glad we did! Aaron was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with the data on my Pixel 8. When he activated the ESim and it still didn't work, he realized it was because my phone was trying to connect to the 5G network, which we didn't have. He was able to quickly upgrade our plan, and actually saved us some money. My phone worked immediately after updating it. Andrew was able to get one of the other phones on our plan upgraded seamlessly as well.”
