I normally go to BT nails in St Charles Missouri where I always receive excellent service at a fair price.
I did not get that here. While the nail cutting was fine other aspects of the pedicure were rough, the attendant rushed to finish me.
There are no prices posted and I don't ask for prices because I'm a believer if you have to ask what it costs, you probably shouldn't be there. My payment was $47.30 with tip. That's easily 33% more than I pay at BT nails in St Charles Missouri and I get better service there than I got today.
The only reason why I went there another place nearby was too busy. Afterthought and trying to figure a way to be fair and give a three-star average rating, I cannot.
The final choice was the TV channel displayed. This business is more frequented by women but the channel they showed I could not fathom why a woman would want to watch it.

I went here looking for a closer nail salon to my new residence. I was charged $67.50 for a dip color nothing special!!! No ombre, no tip. I was SHOCKED when I asked what I owed. On top of the redicious price I had pink powder all over my skin on every finger. I had to walk back in the door an ask her to fix them since they looked Aweful!! Never again!

I had to put at least one star, if I had a choice I wouldn't leave any stars. Went in there and explained to the lady what I wanted and she messed up from start to finish. When I tried to explain what she was doing wrong and tell her again what I wanted she argued with me. She burned my finger numerous times. And left the place with my nails looking HORRIBLE, and very unprofessional. Will NEVER go there again.

Homey and comfortable nail salon! Super affordable and reasonable costs as well. My nails always come out just how I wanted and if I change my mind during the process or have concerns, they're incredibly willing to make adjustments. They're so receptive to how I feel and make sure that I'm taken care of! The owners are also very kind. Always a satisfying experience -- would recommend.

Absolutely love my nails, normally go to another salon in town and they were closed but luckily enough this one was open so I had no choice but to try it, and I am glad I did. There were two people working which is normal nowadays and you could really tell they genuinely care about their customers, as a busy owner I appreciate this and felt very welcome. Not to mention my nails look great!!!!!! Did pink and white ombré wish I knew how to add a picture. GO TRY YOULL LOVE IT!Service: Acrylic nails
