The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I will only go to this location because I can always depend on them to answer all of my questions and get the phone set up correctly. They are all awesome!

We had amazing help the past couple of days getting phone plans switched around and upgrading phones! Katie was amazing by starting our process and did such a great job being patient with us. She explained the various plans very well and talked us into buying phones! We had to leave and come back the next day and when we did, Riley took such great care of us. She had amazing customer service and was very patient with us! Then Austin did a great job finishing the process, was very kind, and very patient!! All three were very very kind and awesome to work with! We had such a great experience the past two days and these three made our process stress free! Overall great experience here!

Katie was fantastic! She explained everything easily, didn't waste our time, got us all the answers. Anything she didn't know, she was prompt to find out. Prior to walking in, I was hesitant about getting US Cell. But she made me feel a lot better about it. I also love that the wifi is plug and play meaning I have wifi as soon as I take it home! This rating may change a bit based on how well the wifi runs. But again Katie was awesome!!Update*The service here is still amazing, but the wifi is the worst wifi I have ever connected to. I think McDonald's wifi in most places is better. Everything buffers, running any kind of google search takes a full minute or more to load. It drops randomly. I went ahead and applied for the starlink wait-list and will be switching to that of Phoenix Fiber depending on whichever gets to me first. I can't imagine gaming on this wifi, YYes it is fairly cheap wifi, but you have to pay off your wifi device before switching to another provider. Just not worth it I'll go ahead and pay double their price for better wifi!I should have known when I asked what their speed options were and the answer was... "yes". They have no idea what their speeds are, and have no business providing wifi. But as a temporary option, I guess it technically works...Update 2*This wifi is a RIPOFF. I hate to lower my rating even more because the people at the store were great. But 70ish bucks a month and it's a joke. Sometimes I turn the wifi off my phone to use the 2 bars of cell service I have because it's faster ? you can't have more than one device using the wifi at a time. We tried plugging a better router into it like we were told we could, and couldn't get it to work. We called tech support and the dude blamed our issues on the Trees around my home... We aren't deep in the woods but yes we are in the country. There are trees... And he was no help at all.Overall I am running away from this wifi ASAP. How is it 2023 and this is such a problem?! Monopolization of wifi and cell service should be illegal.Update 3*Unusable. Can't stream shows. Can't watch videos. Waste of money, I have never been so angry about wifi in my entire life. This is rediculous.

Austin,Is WONDERFUL... He needs a raise!!I had several issues with a couple of my phones and he was very kind and patient with me. He was the only one here when the store open and he had a full house. He spoke to everyone in a kindly manner and would get to them as soon as he could.

Katie is an amazing representative for this company. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable on the products and also ensures you get the best deals. People like Katie are the reason these (redacted) companies have loyal customers. Give this woman a bonus and a raise! Her skill set will take her far. ?

What a breath of fresh air, came in with low expectations due to bad experiences with different companies including my own provider! I was having phone issues and Katie Hall helped solve them all and helped me get a plan that is affordable, cannot recommend enough would rate 6 stars if I could!
