My disabled cousin had a accident May 30 the car was taken to jSH towing and the car was impounded when we went to get the car she was told she needs to title and 150 to get the stuff of her out of the car they said she had no insurance and she lost the car but she had insurance she called several times but the owner was on vacation when she talk to the owner the bill was 1000 dollars the bill just for picking the car up was almost 600 we asked to break down the bill we was told 175 for the roll back 145 for the use of the winch and 135 laber mind you the car was towed 2 miles any other company would of changed 150 total the police call the to impound cars and the still them the owner rude called us liers they did this to a disabled lady

Needed a road service call for a broken air tank valve and a few codes. Larry came out to help right away. He clearly knew what he was doing and went above and beyond to make sure there was nothing else I needed. I called a few places and JSH was a lot cheaper then everyone else. If you ever need anything in this area I highly recommend them.

While enroute to work at a Youth Camp we had a blow out on our 36 ft. 5th Wheel travel trailer. Missouri State Highway Patrol contacted JSH for me (Thank you Trooper Vandeven), and they were there speedily. The man did all he could on the side of the interstate, but couldn't get the axel high enough, with his floor jack , to place the spare back on. Without my knowing it, he had another truck coming with a heavier jack and they quickly got the spare on. Since rhe spare had never been out from under the trailer, they made sure it was aired properly. The finest and nicest men with great equipment and work ethic to help us get safely off the side of the interstate and back on the road!! Amazing service, very professional and nice people! Comparing to the service that I received from an horrible and rude towing company which is backed by the city, this shop treated me nicely and took care of my semi offering me a price for tire replacement very much cheaper than what those biggies offered me (they saved me around $1000 for replacing two steers). The mechanic Larry was punctual, knowledgeable, and a very nice professional guy. Thank you guys for the great service!
