I absolutely love Academy Bank!!! Their mobile app is quick and it's so easy to do a mobile deposit! The staff is always so friendly and caring. This is one of the best banks in the country!

I've been with Academy Bank for over five years and have always been treated with equality and understanding. Recently though, I had the pleasure of having a miss Sirena as my banker. Even though it wasn't the best day, she persevered alongside me to assist with all I needed done. Sirena handled everything with an assertive, patient attitude, and kindness that I appreciated the whole way. 😊

Sierenna (sorry if that's spelled wrong) was a delight to deal with and made sure all my banking needs were met. Seems competent to me and it's a nice change of pace from the service typically found in Moberly. I hope others can get the same quality in experiences here with their problems as I did mine.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE since i have been banking with Academy Bank (for 20+ years) the rudeness of the branch manager, they are in a walmart and the open (10am) AFTER the average person goes to work and close BEFORE(5pm) the average person gets off of work, there were people including the branch manager, called the academy bank 800 number and they advised that they were open until 6pm. the branch manager STILL refused to help.
