One it's illegal, and you can get cited for dumping oil of any kind in the dumpster, but your manager should have a brain to know that. Two, a good manager wouldn't put everyone out in a group chat and would just talk to that person directly. A good manager would also let their employees know when the schedule gets changed so they don't get surprised when they have to come in. Also, a good store wouldn't have such a bad turnover rate, so maybe it's the store and not the people you're hiring. Also maybe just a overall better additude instead of every single person complaining about the job. Also, the store and kitchen is disorganized, the kitchen is especially disgusting (would not reccomended eating from there) but they just look over all of that as long as they do the bare minimum right?

We ordered a taco pizza, the ONLY change to the pizza was to have chicken instead of the normal beef. We got our pizza with no tomatoes, no cheddar cheese, and a grand total of 15 pieces of lettuce. Easily the worst pizza we’ve ordered from Casey’s. When we called to report our problem the person who made the pizza argued with us GUARANTEEING that he made the pizza correctly.

The gas pump would not recognize my credit card although I swiped it 3 times...no problem inside. Inside, however, when I said that I wasn't sure how much gas I'd be getting, but guessed between 8-10 gallons, so I made it 9, the cashier instead entered $9 for the transaction, so I had to go back out, pump that small amount, and go back in (pump still not accepting credit card) to finish filling up.
Cashier apologized for the misunderstanding on the transaction and was very polite and efficient on rectifying the situation.

Told "Online orders only." It is too easy. Take the order, get a pizza in the oven. If I had to wait 45 minutes, I would have. Don't just tell someone their only option is online. Laziness.

I was really disappointed when I went in to the store this afternoon I just wanted to get a something hot to eat, and thought a couple pieces of pizza would be good, but at 11:30am there pizza warmer was completely empty. I could see that they didn’t have any pizza going through the oven either save one setting on the end of the oven, and the kitchen guy keep walking away from the pizza he was making to talk to the guy at the front register. And when I asked if they were going to put out more pizza. Alls I got was a lazy “yeah” “Sorry”. They didn’t seam to care about it. Don’t go to Casey’s if you’re wanting something hot to eat. Their kitchen can’t keep up, just disappointing.

went online to order pizza, app said I had to call. I called 3 times and no one picked up. I drove to store, went in to order and person there acted like it was killing her to make a pizza. she looked overwhelmed and ran her hand over her face then said she didn't have time for this. I told her I tried to call but she said she was super busy, couldn't answer the phone and obviously didn't have time to make anything either because food case was empty. Needless to say I did not leave my pizza order at that store. Customer service was just bad.

Was trying to do a doordash and it took over 33 minutes they told me they didn't have the ingredients just to turn around and did have the ingredients ?

They were extremely unprofessional and very rude. Over charged me and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. I won't be back. Do better Casey's.

Absolutely horrible. Seriously. Customers and staff arguing. Grabbed two slices of pizza, paid for them and then saw the tag saying "enjoy by 6pm" when it's actually 8 pm. Several hours old pizza that is rock hard. I know it's Moberly MO but gosh do better. Will never be back.

Horrible customer service, lazy and rude employees. Anytime you order pizza or any food for that manner they give you a time it should be done and you always have to wait an additional 30 plus more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. No longer will we go to this caseys in moberly.

Friendly staff
