Could be the lack of ability to even use a register among their workers, inability to open when your store hours claim to include, over cooked or nasty hot food, lack of decent speed at the register, and then today the store has no lights on but there's pizza in the rotator. Simple task to use a closed sign.

Went here to get pizza and ice cream. Pizza was great 😋 ! The soft serve ice-cream is a DO NOT BUY ‼️ It was very watered down and had a after taste that tasted like propane smells 🤮 other wise are experience was fine 👍🏼

Every day from 630 to 8 pm there is NEVER ANY FRESH HOT FOOD TO EAT. KNOWING THIS IS THE STOPING POINT FOR SEVERAL BUSINESS AROUND THE AREA. YOU ALL NEED TO DO A LOT BETTER THEN THIS.

This 8s the 2nd time my pizza has been wrong. I went to get a refund and literally 3 people couldn't accomplish it. Been waiting nearly 30 minutes for a refund. Nothing but excuses from employees why they can't seem to find my order. Still standing here. Incompetent employees!!! Never ordering pizza here again

Please get rid of the automated ordering for food. I dealt with the AI, which to several.more minutes than if you had a person answer. Your AI service said my order would be ready at 5:03. Get to the store and I am told they are slammed and it would be another 15 minutes. Ditch the AI and leave it to the humans to do human jobs!

Stopped to get gas. The receipt worked at the pump, so I'm pretty well happy ?. I love it when we don't have to go in to get the receipt. Well done. Prices were the same as everywhere else in a 20-mile radius.
Kid-friendliness: Don't leave kids unattended, but yes, kids can come in with you.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is room for wheelchair.

Would you please fix the receipt dispenser on pump 2! Every time I use it, l don't get my receipt. I noticed today it was jammed with paper. Tried to use toothpick to catch the edge to pull it out, but it was too short. Survey hasn't helped! Casey's, get your act together! One ?.

Casey’s on Hwy 24 is SO MUCH BETTER, than Casey’s on Morley. The service is so much better and the workers always have answers to any of my questions. If they are out of something on the shelf, they are quick to grab it from the cooler. Highly recommend this store!

Worthless management at this store. I sent my nephew to get some pizzas at 8 pm and they were locking the doors saying they were closing early. What???? Seriously??? Are we living in a third world country now where you can't depend on literally anything anymore? Is this really the kind of country you all want to live in? This is ridiculous. You're supposed to close at 11. Insanity
