I have had this bank for over a decade and they have always taken very good care of me. They offer all sorts of handy online options that I use all the time. Much more advanced than a lot of other options in Moberly. John Mystrik is the Vice President of Lending and he has single handedly made me a lifelong customer from his outstanding customer service. If you need to borrow, I highly recommend John and Central Bank.

Went to change my name on my account. The branch lobby in Moberly by Westlakes closes at 3 PM. You would've thought I was asking them to pull teeth by just dropping information off for them to change my last name on my account. These people are clueless! Will be driving to the branch in Columbia as soon as I can.
