Just a disabled person who has a little bit of a time with money, I can understand it if people have the patience to explain it to me, but unfortunately, in our society today there's a lot of people whom did not appreciate the laughter at my expense the day before my birthday and Thanksgiving. I will see you at my destinations. I would not recommend this bank at first I thought they were friendly and kind and the manager seems to be beyond kind but as were some of the other employees, I would hope that they would rethink the way the top and treat others that are different at times .because you never know what to make fun of people with disabilities and I am grateful for the people in the community that work with the disabled. If it wasn't for my caseworker, I wouldn't be here today after that incident. The holidays are hard times for people that are lonely and have mental illness. I wish that people would be more aware that we didn't asked to be this way and we can't help it that we're different and that we have feelings too even if we don't understand things the way you do we're still human we still have a heart we still hurt and we still cry we still bleed.

Honestly, there is too much to share. Basically they have never been there when I have actually needed them on anything. Good luck with any type of good customer service. All the people in the back area are greedy. I will never ever have anything to do with his bank again, if you are looking at the reviews and thinking about going to the bank, you might want to think twice look at some of the old reviews it’s still the same

Got a return fee for something that was not even taken out of my accounts also opted out of over-drafting and had overdraft protection. It rejected a request for payment and still charged me a 32 dollar return fee. For what?? Been with them for over 3 years and had never had this happen before when I requested that it be waived they declined because it wasn’t a “bank error”. Terrible customer service steer clear and avoid losing your money for no reason.

Wow - just wow! Matt Cleavinger and the loan officers at County Bank went above and beyond working with my parents on their mortgage. What a great group of people to work with. Experiences like this are why you work with local businesses.

County Bank Tellers are Rude. Also there policy of non account members having to conduct transactions inside the lobby but you can't use drive thru is stupid. Today I went to cash a check. Got to the door for Lobby exactly at 4pm. Just as I got to the door they locked it. Lobby closes at 4. So I drove around to drive thru to be asked if I had an account. I said no but the check was written from an account holder. They said I would have to come thru lobby. I said you locked the doors just as I got to them they smirked and said oh well guess you will have to come back tomorrow or see if you can cash it elsewhere. I don't understand why a non account holder can't use drive thru and why the tellers have to be smug about it. I would never get an account there based on how the treat people

Got a returned check fee for the first time and I asked to have it refunded due to an error on how their outdated website works and they refused. When I asked if it was worth losing a customer over, they said “thats up to you”. After leaving negative feedback on the banks facebook page, the banks vice president called and said he would look into it becuase they dont like negative reviews, he asked what it would take to fix my review, I said that I simply wanted my money back and he said “I cant do that”.Central Bank of Moberly on the other hand offers one free returned check/overdraft fee each year with no questions asked. If you care about your money, go to CENTRAL BANK and avoid this bank at all costs!

Even though we moved away from the Moberly area, County Bank was still the right choice for our new home loan. The bank was able to ensure everything was in line and made closing day quick and easy.

They don't pay attention to your account and when someone hacks you they dont help get your money back they screw you over anyway they can.
