Boy that works there has absolutely no business cutting hair. my friend were making fun of my hair. Dude you know who you are ! Don't ever touch any woman's hair. I'll send pictures if you need to see one side about 3 inches longer than the other

They never get my haircut right. I'm finally done. I've gotten my hair cut here for the last 7 years but it's just gotten worse and worse.

This was the worst experience ever instead of culling curtain bangs the chopped two pieces of the front way to short to do anything with I can’t wear my hair down I have to cull it to make sure it’s halfway decent and when asked to blend them that wasn’t even done properly I will never go there again if I had the anthurity to fire the woman who did this I would worst experience ever

This would be a good place for boys and men to go to get their hair cut but not women the hair stylist in there are not stylus for women very bad experience

Took my son to go get a haircut. My son asked for a fade. From the time we walked in to the time we paid and left it took around 5mins. The lady that cut her hair just gave him a buzz cut not a fade. There was nothing faded about his hair at all. I could of done better after watching a quick YouTube video. My son said he like it. I didn't say anything a paid with my card "no tip" because of the messed up haircut. I usually tip but the same lady also messed up my other son's hair a few weeks prior. So I decided I'm not tipping. I just happened to be going over my bank statement the next day. It was $5 more then usual? The lady tip herself $5 on my card. I 100% no for the fact that I did not tip. I went out of my way not to tip. I called to say something spoke to the manager. She did not act shocked or surprised just offered me my tip money back not even a refund. I called the corporate office and they said they will give the complaint to the general manager if that store and he will notify you usually within 24hrs to resolve the matter. Never heard anything from anyone. A month or so goes by and school starting back up. Last day before school starts took my son there again because it was basically the only place opened on a Monday at that time and I had a coupon. So I took him back to great clips. Same lady that stole from me and felt entitled enough to tip herself on top of a high priced haircut still working there. I guess they're hurting for hair stylist so bad they can literally steal from the customer and keep their job. Owner doesn't even care enough to pick up the phone and do his job either. Watch using your cards check your bank statements if they did it to me they'll probably do it to you too. I still tipped her tho because she did a better job on cutting my son's hair this time and if you hurting so bad you have to steal it if you need it more than I do

Stylist: Jennifer is great, gives a beautiful cut every time. The other stylists seem to give varied results, from “okay” to “wow, that’s bad.” My son just came home and his hair is cut three inches shorter than the photo he showed.
We’ll keep going I guess, and just be careful to always request the one stylist we know is good, smh
