Harbor freight used to be the go-to place for economically priced items now they're so far overpriced it's not funny I need to go back to being an inexpensive store like they were before or not something they're trying to catch up with Craftsman or Cobalt

Love my HARBOR FREIGHT store in Moberly, MO. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in and is very friendly and helpful!

Great place with great staff..The store manager (Austin) I believe was so helpful got a big shop fan took it up to front as soon as we paid he took it out to car for us..What great customer service..

The employees here are always unhelpful at the Moberly store! They're always standing around not helping customers and joking around. Everytime I try to do a return or ask for help with a purchase they act like I'm inconveniencing them. Do yourself a favor and go into Columbia to the store there, they're always helpful and willing to take care of customers.

One of my favorite stores to shop always looking for tools. Great selection of everything and the employees have always been able to help me. Only knock I have is I wish the store location had a bigger area.
