“we went to the moberly store to get new phones & see if we could get internet. we live in the boondocks & cell was spotty & Hughes net was terrible. Tracy & Will were EXTREMELY helpful. these people deserve 10 stars!!!! they explained everything in simple language & that REALLY helps when u are as techno challenged as I am. when we went to set up the wifi,we were having trouble getting it to connect. contacted tech support & was connected with a VERY nice lady name of Nieisha. She stayed on the phone with me for about 4 hours till we got the problem resolved. im sure her patience was tested by having to put up with a non teche such as my self.she also deserves 10 stars & I hope the upper management gives these people a WELL deserved pat on the back. its customer service like this that will keep us U.S.cellular customer for a looooooooong time.lol. we will be telling all our friends & anybody that will listen about this experience. there are several people around us here in the boondocks & will be encouraging them to look into U.S. cellular.
