Us cellular are liars! I got a text message saying yesterday was the last day of my grace period but according to my account I had two days left and now my account is suspended and I would have paid my phone minutes on January 1st if they didn't take the money for my phone minutes for my home Internet saying it was due December 31 and shouldn't have been due until January since I already paid my home Internet bill on December 4 and I don't understand why I had to pay another one in December and us cellular either needs to change their grace period policy to longer days when the customer can pay for their phone minutes when they have the money in the bank and set the auto pay for that date and not based on when they buy their phone or get their home internet and better monitor their website for prepaid account customers and update the message on their account too clarifying they have 0 days of grace period left and not lie to and confuse the customer!

We were in the Moberly US Cellular store and needed to get an upgrade. Aden was amazing to work with and helped answer all of our questions. He listened to our needs and was able to get us the equipment we were looking for! Highly recommend this store. Go in and ask for Aden!!

Went to pay our phone bill and we will NEVER go back into that location. The very large girl with purple hair was very rude. She had an attitude when we walked in. Nobody greeted us upon entering. Just very lousy staff at this location.

The guy that helped me was fine. Problem was a 30 minute wait to be helped by him. Only one person working in the store. Kinda sad to wait half an hour just to pay my bill.

This location is garbage. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. Save your time and drive to the one on 24 by Walmart. Their staff is very professional and accommodating.
